Be very careful with this app. It says you can install and test it for free, but it's all a lie. A few days later you receive a charge on your credit card. The worst part is that you can't get a refund, you can't remove your card, you can't cancel – it's a real trap... If you're thinking of installing it to try it out, don't do it.

To clarify, the app does offer a free trial, and no charges should occur unless the subscription is activated after the trial period. We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can feel, and we’d never want anyone to feel misled. We’re always transparent about billing terms, and these details are also provided by the app store at the time of installation.

Regarding cancellation and payment methods: subscription management, refunds, and card removal are all handled directly through the App Store/Google Play Store, not within our app. This means you can cancel at any time, and refund requests can be made through the store’s support channel.

I had an issue with an order and the Spocket team handled it perfectly. They resolved everything quickly and refunded me the full amount, showing they truly care about their users.
The app works well and has great suppliers with fast shipping.

I subscribed for the 14-day trial but didn’t like the app, as I found a better alternative. I canceled the subscription before the trial ended, and the screen confirmed that my subscription was canceled.

However, I was still charged $39.99. I contacted customer service and spoke with Angelique, who said they would get back to me within 48 to 72 hours. I followed up, but received no response. Additionally, she didn’t close the conversation, preventing me from reaching another agent.

I do not recommend this app. They should handle cancellations more professionally and provide better customer support.

products on app is like other similar apps that all are free or have free plan, too bad thing is have NO ANY IMAGE SEARCH OPTION!!!

PS: Thank you for your reply. I appreciate you acknowledging the issues I raised. While I understand that Spocket aims to offer a premium experience, the current technical issues—especially the inability to import orders—are very disruptive to my business. I’ve already reported this problem to the support team, but it remains unresolved after several days.

However, I appreciate that after my review, the support team followed up and worked to identify the issue. I also accept the offer to explore the platform further and see how things improve. I’m hopeful that with ongoing improvements and support, Spocket will become an even better solution for dropshippers like me.

I truly hope Spocket can resolve these technical issues promptly. Features like image search and a smoother user experience are essential for busy store owners like me, especially since other platforms offer these at no additional cost.

I’m extremely disappointed with Spocket’s billing practices. I was charged multiple times within the same billing cycle – $59.99 for the Professional plan, then $99.99 for the Empire plan twice, without clear explanation. Shopify also charged me $99 separately, bringing the total to over 350 USD for a month.

When I contacted Spocket support, they offered only 3 months of free service instead of a refund, even though the service didn’t add value to my store. After I questioned this further, they stopped responding to my chat entirely.

I'm now seeing many other users reporting similar issues — unclear billing, overlapping charges, and dismissive support. I’ve had to escalate this to my bank to file a dispute/chargeback as well as Shopify.

Spocket has been the best help in launching my store. The platform is easy to use, the product selection is great, and the customer support team is quick and professional. Shipping is fast, especially to the US and EU, and everything integrates perfectly with Shopify. Highly recommended for any serious dropshipper!

I have deleted my original review as I was experiencing several issues.

Spocket leadership became aware of my concerns and arranged a zoom call which included two of their leadership members.

They were understanding and pledged to fix the issues I brought up. Like all companies they want their customers to be happy so I appreciated the time they gave me today. It was a positive dialog and they were open to my suggestions to help Spocket rate very high with all of us who use their platform to drop-ship products.

Some of the negative comments drop-ship platforms receive are really the fault of the suppliers who sell their products through these platforms. I sincerely believe Spocket's supplier team will continually work on weeding out the suppliers who are slow to ship or do not ship at all.

Best suggestion I can give, if you use Spocket, let the customer service person know, through their chat, which suppliers are poor to work with. More than anyone, Spocket wants all of the suppliers to keep those who use their platform to be treated professionally so our store reputations can remain strong.

Spocket has great high-quality products and easily integrates with Shopify. It's very easy to add products to your store. Many of the suppliers on Spocket are generally higher quality than the usual Ali-Express faire.

Terrible app, terrible services and products.
I switched to another app, they continue to charge me the monthly cost, because there is no DELETE PLAN button in the account and despite the reminders and the uninstallation of the app, they ignore every request.
I will take legal action.

Spocket subscriptions do not continue charging once a plan is properly canceled. Uninstalling the app alone does not automatically cancel an active subscription, as billing is managed through the account’s subscription settings or the Shopify billing system. This is standard across most Shopify apps.

That said, we absolutely do not ignore cancellation or billing requests. If charges occurred after your reminders, this is something our support team can review and resolve, including refunds where applicable.

We take billing concerns very seriously and encourage you to contact our support team directly with your account details so we can investigate immediately and close this matter properly. We are confident this can be resolved without escalation.
