Spocket has a vast collection of goods from different niches with an affordable plan! If you're looking for US suppliers, I highly recommend them. Most importantly, their customer service is second to none. Specifically Ria, who helped me through multiple issues. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and eagerness to resolve issues promptly have provided me with a seamless experience with Spocket. Thank you!

Spocket is spot on! No auto-bot generic support via chat! Quick, quality responses to questions about processing and shipping times for drop ship product in the US. I wasted time clicking around on other competitor websites. I'm new at this, so having a real person respond was very reassuring. The rep even helped me find products that I was looking for by sending me direct links. My only regret is that I didn't start with Spocket first!

VERY UNRELIABLE! I have had to cancel several of my orders due to no inventory to Fullfill the orders, yet the inventory shows there is product. All they can say is: we will investigate but keeps happening!! How are you supposed to put your name on their products If they can't Fullfill? Save yourself money and find a more reliable drop shipper. I should of cancel the first time it happened but gave them the chance and never delivered as drop shipper.

I'm still learning to use the app, just discovered it today. So far it has been pretty straight forward for the most part, i'm excited to see where this could take our business. Spencer has been extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and gets back to me pretty fast. So far i would highly recommend this app especially if you are interested in shipping worldwide. I will update review as i start to use it more. But customer service has been amazing!

I definitely highly recommend Spocket! It's incredibly easy and intuitive to use and the customer service is beyond amazing! Leah has spent some time with me this afternoon answering all questions I had and was incredible at giving clear, concise information. I feel like she went above and beyond to help me navigate the obstacle I was going through. I'm really looking forward to if/when Spocket provides international shipping :D Thank you again Leah for all of your help!

Not sure where these items are sourced from but looks kind of like Ali products. You can not sell anything on any platform but your Shopify website. They are extremely over priced for us. Sourcing yourself may be a better option unless you already have an established dropshipping only store, but for us we sell handmade stuff and just wanted crystals and accessories to go with our Spiritual metaphysical things. Most of the tarot cards seem to be knock offs which can get you in to trouble. Yes any money you pay they WILL NOT refund it seems, even if you don’t want to use their services. Read the fine print as that holds ALL the Truth or lack there of.

Streamlining store owner processes are key to the democratization of e-commerce. Spocket is filling this role admirably.

Right now at my request they're working feverishly on getting order fulfillment working on the mobile app.

More recently, Ria helped me renew Spocket at a 50% discount.

Previously it was Edrielle, who promptly updated me on an order status.

Once before it was Leah, who was a good listener when I described what I believe to be a very common situation in which a customer felt at ease blackmailing me into issuing a refund because he knew the culture of online retail is prejudiced in favor of customers. Shopify should automate the adjudication of such disputes the same way they automate chargeback resolutions.
