The Spocket site is super user friendly and makes it easy to edit products, prices, add in shipping costs, etc.
I have used the chat feature a couple of times on Spocket. In this instance, Spencer gave quick responses and found a solution that worked. He also followed up with me via email to make sure everything turned out after our conversation. I really appreciate the quick turnaround time and attention to detail that the customer service offers.
