I was able to set up the cash-on-delivery fee exactly the way I wanted. The settings are concise, easy to understand, and the condition configuration is very convenient. I was also able to configure the fee that couldn't be set with Shopify's default features, and it's completely free — which was a huge help. Thank you so much. We SVB Ventures , installed this App on our store , we set up the condition for COD fees and hide COD basis of condition like Tag = No-COD but the condition was not getting fullfill hence communication sent to support team but no response for 2 days.

Yes, you are correct that there was a delay to response your email since there was a problem with our email server.

But, as you said in the email that the COD functionality is working as expected and you still use it until now. So, I think you should update your feedback so the it will not mislead the other merchants.
