In B2B business within the EU, cross-border deliveries of goods to companies are tax-exempt in the country of origin & subject to VAT in the country of destination by the buyer (reverse charge). Outside the EU (third country), a sale is tax-free, but VAT must be paid in the country of destination. For sales outside the EU, there is also a requirement to provide proof of export of goods to a third country. Hello, does the app work? We mailed you yesterday, still no response.

I need to ensure that customers in the Netherlands who don’t provide a VAT number are charged an additional 21% VAT on their total. Currently, products are listed as VAT exclusive, and customers without a VAT number can purchase without the VAT being applied. This is not how we want it to work.

Can you adjust the settings so that VAT is automatically added for such cases? Additionally, for customers in other countries who don’t provide a VAT number, their country-specific VAT should be applied.
