If you’re looking for a Shopify rewards app that gives you real creative control, Toki is honestly impressive. The level of customization is huge — from design options to reward rules and point-earning mechanics, it feels less like “using an app” and more like building your own loyalty universe. If you can imagine it, there’s probably a way to make it happen in Toki.
That flexibility does come with one small side effect: you may occasionally find yourself thinking, “Wait… I can customize this too?” Thankfully, Jason and the Toki team are incredibly supportive throughout the setup process. They were responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful in turning our ideas into reality.
So if you’re the kind of brand that has creative loyalty ideas beyond the standard “earn 1 point per dollar,” Toki is definitely worth trying. Powerful, flexible, and backed by a team that actually helps you succeed — which, in the Shopify app world, deserves reward points on its own.

I've tried several loyalty apps for my Shopify store, but Toki is on a completely different level. The level of customization is outstanding — you can truly tailor every detail to match your brand and your business needs, which is exactly what I needed for Piedra de Toque.
But what really sets Toki apart is the customer service. Jason has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire setup process. No matter the issue, he was always there with a solution, quick to respond, and genuinely invested in making everything work perfectly. Every single problem I encountered was resolved — and resolved well.
What truly impressed me is that if you need something custom or a specific code tweak, their team just does it. No hassle, no back and forth — they get it done quickly and professionally.
