Must have app for dropshippers. Using Zendrop feels like a whole team is there backing you up. The migration tools make it very easy to get started and from there, it just works.

I had an issue with an order that was delivered to the wrong address due to a courier mistake, even though the customer had entered the correct details. It took some back and forth to resolve, but Juan from customer support was extremely helpful throughout the process.
He took the time to understand the situation, liaised with the internal team, and helped get a refund approved. Really appreciate his support and responsiveness in getting this sorted!!!
