cannot recommend this app enough. this is one of the very few apps on Shopify that just work brilliantly and deliver exactly what it says it will. we were blown away by how easy it is to use and how user friendly the UI is, not to mention it gives a goldmine of valuable data that helps us improve our CR and customer satisfaction. cannot recommend enough.
