About my new store being closed have pass 2 weeks

The support team of SHOPIFY has contacted me by email to reply with the assisted authentication file, which I have also sent. But he said he didn’t see it and that it was a minor issue. I resent several emails to him with my authentication file attached, but after several days passed, he didn’t reply me! It’s been two weeks since the whole incident, and that new store of mine I put a lot of effort in decorating it and uploading products, and I chose the monthly plan. I don’t know why it got shut down somehow. And I want shopify support team to get back to me fast, you guys are so slow in your efficiency, I have sent you all my certification credentials attached, please help me to reopen my store quickly! Thanks!
