Add sliding announcement bar to my site without an app

I currently have an announcement bar stating I offer free shipping, and I wanted to make it where the bar slides to another bar every 5 seconds or so with different text.

Just checked your store and found that you are using the Dawn theme.
Dawn theme already support for announcement bar auto rotate.
Have you check the section settings?
