Alternate Store One Theme

Hello, we own a clothing brand with an online shop. We also do promotional printing and other services for other brands and companies. I am looking to see if there is any way, I can add a second store off the same theme, where I can sell promotional products and services?

If possible, I would like to create a tab in navigation menu with subtabs for the promotional services and products we offer but if there is a different option, I am open to whatever will work.

  1. Did you want to have a different domain for this? or you want the same domain?
  2. Did you want to see all the orders in the same store?
  3. Did you want to fulfill all the order in the same store?
  4. Did you want the same branding or different branding?

Hey @sahilsharma9515 , so sorry for the delayed response. I wasn’t logged in and it wasn’t sending the reply notification. I will answer your questions below:

  1. I would like to use the same domain but will use another if required.

  2. It would be easier to see them all in the same store but if they have to be separate, that’s fine.

  3. I think it would be easier to keep it all in one spot but honestly, I don’t know the difference as to whether or not it’s better to have them separate of together so either way is fine.

  4. our branding for the PROMO has a slight variation but not a deal breaker if it has to remain the same. I can use image sliders and such to showcase that and understand if the primary has to remain consistent.

If you don’t have any issue in using the another store then it will be easier for you to just create a new store and add the same theme there and add the product that you want to sell, if you are wondering about how customer will go to that store then you can just add the another store URL in the Navigation menu so that by just clicking on that they will land on the other store. In this store your domain will be different, branding will be different, product, fulfillment, order all will be on the new store.

If you wan to do it in one store then you need to create the different product templates for the promo product, then assign that template to all the promo products, after that you can create the collection of these product so that customer can see all the promo product in one place once they will click on the button that you need to add on the nav bar, in this you will have all the things in one place and you don’t need to create other store.
