"[API] Invalid API key" error - Worked and stopped working

My API key and test store access token were working, and then suddenly they stopped. This has happened multiple times and I can’t keep opening new apps and doing the whole process again. Any help is appreciated!

This is the error message-

Error: Received an error response (401 Unauthorized) from Shopify:

Did you uninstall the app? You need to reauthenticate to get a new token. Tokens don’t stop working without uninstalling
