API || Web hook For Purchase Order

Good day dears,
I can’t find any notification webhook or rest API for purchase orders in the product tab where this process is very important for my work in tracking products on the inventory.

thanks for your reply but I’m not looking for the customers’ orders creation, I mean the PO which is the purchase orders whom the admin add products from suppliers to the store
