Shopify support has become terrible in recent months… In the past, I had technical issues, but it was easier to get real support, not these useless chats with completely unprepared people.
While I’m exploring alternatives to Shopify, I need some help. For months now, Apple Pay has been returning a generic error. Everything works fine until the payment processing stage: the Apple Pay window opens, but then it goes back to checkout with an error message:
“There was a problem with Apple Pay. Please use another payment method.”
Does anyone know how to fix this or have any suggestions?
