Hey, yeah I noticed that too, Shopify refreshed the Partner Dashboard UI recently. The placement and flow of some options have shifted a bit, so it looks a little different than before. I can walk you through where that update lives now.

You need to do that from toml. Here are the steps.
1 → Go to termina on the app folder and run shopify app config link
2 → Thi will prompt you to connect your partner and the app. Do that.
3 → Now you will see the toml file with the current app url and other data.
4 → Change them and run shopify app deploy.
Done You are good to go.

If you want to do it in the Dashboard, you visit Versions and can adjust it that way. Make a new version, adjust the start/callback URL, scopes, etc. and then release the new version. Requires update/reinstallation on the Shopify store.
