Is this showing to all Public Apps or just to specific app owners? I have this product review app which uses a Theme extension for product review, but also there is a customer dashboard for customers that is not a theme extension so do I need to convert that into a theme extension?

No, There is no call to Asset API for the customer dashboard.
Okay Murgesh - in that case, if you’re not making any calls to the Assets API then you should not be affected by the upcoming deprecation.
