Banner button different on desktop than mobile after changing code

Hi!

I added some code to move my button down on my desktop version but once I clicked the mobile device version it is not in the right place. How can I fix the position on mobile without messing with the position on the desktop version. I have attached some pictures of what I am talking about! If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated .
