When function runs are viewed from App > Monitoring then it shows significantly less number of function runs, for example, here it shows 2.6M for 3 July.
But when actual logs are viewed from App > Logs then I can see the real number, for example, for 3 July it was 52.2M.
It used to work fine, but recently in the last couple of weeks, it started to have this issue.

Thanks for reporting this and for providing the screenshots. Since the discrepancy started only recently and the counts in App > Monitoring and App > Logs no longer match this appears to be an issue with the Partner Dashboard reporting rather than your app itself.
I recommend opening a support ticket with Shopify Partner Support and including the screenshots affected dates and your app ID so the team can investigate. In the meantime you can use App > Logs to review function activity until Shopify confirms and resolves the reporting discrepancy.
