Can I use GraphQL Admin API with a Starter Plan?

I was looking to use Shopify to integrate order fulfillment from my mobile app.

I don’t need a storefront, only the admin.

Am I able to use the GraphQL Admin API if I select the Starter Plan?

Yes, you can use the Admin GraphQL API on the Starter Plan. The API access isn’t limited by plan, so you’ll still be able to create, update, and fulfill orders programmatically. Just make sure you’ve created a custom app in your Shopify admin to get the necessary API credentials.

According to my understanding, the Shopify Starter plan does not support direct access to the Shopify GraphQL Admin API for building custom apps or integrations. You need to upgrade your plan to continue your work.

GraphQL Admin API Note that the GraphQL Admin API is not fully available as part of Starter Plan. If you would like to have backend fulfillment, just an API (not a storefront) and upgrade for FREE Basic Plan. Another way is to use the Shopify’s Partner Development stores and test your API integration or create a custom app with no need to pay for a plan. Hope this helps
