Hi - My AI Support has crashed, meaning I cannot be connected with a human. I have tried to wait days for the AI chat to re-start. I have tried using basic terminology. I have tried not to spam the AI. But every time, the chat get stuck trying to generate a response. PFA the view of my AI chat. Please can someone from the Shopify Team help to refresh/re-start the AI chat, so that it stops crashing and I can be connected to a human.

You’ll be prompted to sign in. After logging in, scroll directly to the bottom and look for Contact Support (either Email, Live Chat, or Callback).
Use this instead of waiting for the AI to respond.
Use the Shopify Mobile App
Navigate via app settings → Support to access live chat/callback.
Shopify Partner: you can email partners@shopify.com.
If you are on Shopify Plus: you get priority support at plus@shopify.com.
