So I can’t login to my account. Today when attempting to login, a prompt appeared saying that my password was compromised and that I needed to reset the pw. The email that I had been using to log into my account no longer exists so I’m not getting the code to reset.
When I try to use the chat and access a live agent, I can’t. Because I can’t login.
This is so frustrating, especially since shopify does not have a phone number to call and get help. At least when I was using GoDaddy, I could call 24/7 and get assistance. This is nuts. How do I get into my store? Wow.

If you’re unable to log in to your account you’ll need to speak with our support team through this page. You can still speak with our support team here if you’re unable to log in. When you visit this page you’ll need to first type your question or problem to the Help Center assistant so it can direct you through the process. If it’s not showing you the options you need, you can click the “I still need help” button at the bottom of the chat box for more options.

I get the virtual help assistant that pops up and I type in, “I can’t access my account”
this is the reply i get: “If you can’t access your Shopify account, try resetting your password. If you can’t remember the email associated with your account, or if you suspect your account is compromised, contact Shopify Support immediately.”
this is the next box of text: “Click on Account support below to contact support.”
then the click for support box is there and i click it…
Hi, @pjw10 . It sounds like you’re following the correct steps and are being brought to the correct page.
I’ve just tested it out on my end and I was brought to the same link you shared. This is the page you should see to begin a chat. If the chat option is available you should see it at the bottom of the page under the Get support section.
Let me know if you’re still having trouble seeing that.
@Erin_1 I’m not having any trouble getting the automated help assistant to pop up. The problem is, I’m prompted to click for support. The box is there and i click it… B U T

Can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end? Are you seeing any support options under the Get support section of that page? I have tried the exact steps you’ve shared and I am able to contact our support team there. The screenshots below can help explain.
