im wanting to change my plan to pay yearly so i can integrate a 3rd party shipping.

You can change your billing cycle by following the instructions listed here, which will allow you to change from a monthly to an annual billing cycle. Please be aware that billing charges are non-refundable so if you do switch to an annual billing cycle you are in effect paying up front for the year.
Once you have made the change to an annual cycle, please contact our support team so you can be authenticated on the store. A member of our team can then enable the carrier-calculated shipping feature on your store for you to use.
