Conversions not attributing to ads in Google ads

Hello,

i have a problem to not all the conversion from the ads show up in google ads.

On Shopify, these conversions show up as “1st session from an unknown source”, but when you click on it, you can see the UTM tracking details show it’s from my ads. You can see the campaign Id and everything. Please find the screenshot attached.

These conversions don’t show up in GA4 either. How can I fix this that they would get attributed to google ads?

Can I please know how you managed Shopify to show the UTM parameters for your google ads campaigns?

I’ve literally wasted hours on trying to get this right and couldn’t find an answer. Your help is very much appreciated
