i cant connect my domain it shows couldn’t be connected because the store is frozen.

Please login to your Shopify account, unfrozen your store by selecting plan for it and then you can connect your domain.

yes i trird buy it shows Your account doesn’t have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.
Only store owner can pay store billing, so I guess you are login in a staff account. Please login to store admin account.

i try to use my credit cartd to make the payment , yes and it failed , i input wrong information maybe. and the payment did not go through, and suddenly, i cant load the, and the error message pop out
Maybe you login using Staff account by accident.

If you can enter payment it mean you logged in admin account. If you still cannot then please try to contact Shopify support so they can check and solve it for you.

Hey, dan, My store was closed after I changed the credit card information because the credit card expired. I contacted Shopify support and they escalated my issue, but there has been no response. I tried to log in to the store owner’s account using the method you mentioned above, but I still can’t enter the store page. Can you help me?
Because my credit card expired, I was worried that I would not be able to pay the bill after the bill was generated, so I updated my credit card. However, I did not expect that my store would be suddenly closed after the update. I saw online that credit card information cannot be modified, otherwise it would easily trigger risk control and lead to store closure.
