Create Transaction issue for order

Hi Team,

We are facing issue while trying to create a trransaction against an order. We have allowed the all the admin api permissions, but still we are unable to create the transaction through API.

P.S. The get transaction is working fine. kindly check and let us know what needs to be done to create the transaction through API. I am attaching the document for it.

Important information includes a date/time/timezone within the past 7 days when the issue occurred, which store it happened on, what app made the API call, and an example of a transaction that hasn’t worked for you. Thanks!
