Example: If a customer wants a t-shirt that is not listed in my store, but they want to have specific wording/design sent to me to create is there a feature for that in

Traditional way to set custom options on your Shopify store as below steps:

From your Shopify admin, go to Products.

Click the name of the product.

While you’ve received some suggestions already, I’d like to recommend the Easify Product Options app. It enables you to add custom options like specific text/design using Text Box and File Upload options. It’s user-friendly with no coding needed, definitely worth trying out
