Customer Metafields in Email

I have added several customer metafields to keep track of data I need to send my customers in an email. I have not been able to find an app that allows you to embed metafields (customer) in an email. I am baffled as you would think sending customer specific data in an email would be pretty basic ….

Shopify Email does not allow it

this is such specific functionality I am unable to find an app that does this. Does anyone know of any

I’d recommend looking at setting up Mechanic to read customer metafields, generate and send fully custom email template, and automate emails based on any logic. I’ve personally used Mechanic for this type of purpose and it works beautifully.
