Dawn Theme - How to add image instead of plain background for "Email Signup" section

Is there a way to add custom coding to the new Dawn theme to enable me to upload an image for the background of the “Email signup” section? I would love to be able to customize the email signup to add an image of my choice for the background, instead of just being able to choose a solid background colour? I have literally just downloaded the new dawn theme and so its fresh!

Can you please share the link to your website? And yes it must be possible to edit any background images if we check the code sections of the templates.

Had a look at your website, from what I understand you need to set up a background image for this section.

If that is the case, then we can simply do this by adding a background image to the whole footer section. Keep me upated.
