Deprecated API calls admin endpoint is deprecated, no replacement?

I’m looking at using https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-rest/2025-04/resources/deprecated-api-calls to do some alerting, however, it seems this endpoint is deprecated, and there’s no replacement in the graphql API..

Does anyone know if/when this would be available? and I assume the 2025-04 API would be available until 2026-04?

When I call this API to check the deprecated calls made by my private custom apps, I see the last data update is from March 26th.

How can we check the deprecated API calls made by private custom apps now?
