Discount Code not working after working for months

I’ve been using the discount code xa60fa for months for a discount on our First Aid course. I recently just gave it out to a few people and it’s not working.

I even tried and it says it’s not valid with that product. Nothing has changed and it’s been used before.

Have you checked the discount to ensure there wasn’t an end date set? You can check this by going to Discounts > clicking on the discount and scrolling to the bottom. If you have set an end date for this discount, you will want to remove that end date. If you still seem to be having issues with it not working, you can delete the discount and recreate it.

I see no end date just a start.

Can I use the same code if I recreate it? I’ve given it to many people in the last few days.

Thank you for your reply and for checking if there was an end date. Before we delete the discount and remake one, could you send me your URL so I can try the discount code on my end? You can create the same code if you delete your current one.
