Hello, this is my website mgnaturals.co. The all products dropdown and about dropdown dont work on hover which means i can not access the submenus for it. Kindly suggest a fix.

In most cases, the cause for this issue is a customized theme code or an app that may interfere with your theme. The best way to establish if it’s theme related problem is to install a new fresh version of your theme and see if it happens with it too.
If the new theme doesn’t have this problem, your current theme will need a revision. Assuming you are using Shopify free theme and your store has enough complimentary design time left, our team may be able to look into this for you.

Hey Iris, I am using Gsore theme. I have tried to change the code so that it may drop down on hover and not on click. But neither of them are working unfortunately. I will try again.

I’d love to help you here, but as you are using a third-party theme, getting in touch with the developer you purchased the theme from is the best option. They should be able to help, especially if the feature didn’t work from the moment you installed the theme.
