FB Pixel fired for Purchase Event when there's no Purchases

Hello,

Quick doubt please: I started 1 new campaign and then my FB Pixel fired 13 Website Purchases.

When I go to my Shopify Dashboard, there are no purchases at all.

Also, my FB Ads Manager is showing such information as CPM, CTR, ROAS, etc well populatedā€¦

Does anyone know how to solve it?

I want real purchases :disappointed_face:

I have tried already using the Pixel Helper and it seems that my events are firing precisely there.

I also made Event tests on Facebook, and again, they seem working fine.

Can the fake purchase events be liked to modifications on Aggregated Event Measurement?

How did you manage to fix it?

Hello,

Facebook is showing that I had 3 sells yesterday, but when I check in my Shopify dashboard, it shows zero purchases. Please check photos attached.

I did few purchased in my Stores and all of them were reported in Shopify / Gateway without problems.

IĀ“m facing this exactly same issue in 2 stores that I have created in the past 15 days.

I have already tried the following possible solutions, but without success:

  1. Created a new FB Pixel;

  2. Created a new FB Business Manager;

  3. Created a new FB fan page;

  4. Assign the FB Pixel in my Shopify stores by code and by app.

The only thing that I have not tried yet is to change the StoreĀ“s theme.

Do you guys know if the themeĀ“s code can be related to this issue?

Do you have any suggestion?
