I tried reporting this through the Report a Merchant page, but it is not working properly.
I ordered a dress from this store (https://sharanyastudio.com), but they delivered the wrong product. The seller is not responding and has only provided an email contact that is also not valid. This looks like a fraudulent activity.

I tried submitting a report through the Shopify merchant report page, but it’s not working. When I click ‘Submit,’ it just keeps loading and doesn’t function properly. Also, we’ve used COD (Cash on Delivery) options.

I received a mail from Shopify saying they have forwarded my complaint to the merchant. But when I submitted the form, it didn’t seem to work, and I am not sure if the mail was actually sent on the Shopify website.
