I’m building a small Shopify app that helps turn supplier CSV/Excel files into ready-to-import Shopify products using AI.
Before going further, I want to understand what the “ideal” solution would look like from your workflow perspective.
The goal is to remove most of the manual work when adding products.
So instead of cleaning spreadsheets and mapping everything by hand, the flow would look something like this:
Upload a supplier CSV / Excel file
AI automatically detects columns (title, price, SKU, images, stock, etc.)
AI structures the data into Shopify products
Generates product titles, descriptions, SEO, and collections
You just review and click import
No manual mapping. No Excel cleanup.
Right now I’m looking for a few early merchants to work closely with at a very low early price, in exchange for feedback and testimonials.
