When we attempt to fulfill some orders via our third-party system we receive the error:
“Fulfillment failed: Order is closed.”
Please confirm:
Are fulfillment requests blocked for orders marked as “closed”?
Is there any way to reopen or fulfill such orders via API if they were closed by mistake?

We have noticed a webhook failure rate of over 4% for payment-related events (e.g., orders/paid).
