I’m new to the Shopify Community and excited to learn more about Shopify stores, themes, apps, and ecommerce.

A few things that actually helped, the Shopify Help Center is genuinely solid, and YouTube has a ton of walkthroughs for specific things like setting up collections, navigation, metafields etc.
