My sales stopped a few days ago and I didn’t know why!
Then a customer emailed me to say that they tried to purchase something and got the following error message up when they tried to pay! “This store can’t accept real orders or real payments” A
I tried it myself and the same thing happened! I have had Shopify for a good few years now and this has never happened before!
Can anyone please help me and tell me why this has suddenly happened and how can I fix it? I have very basic knowledge of how it all works so don’t understand all the ‘lingo’! Thank you.
