I have a client’s site https://lionandlady.com
For some reason, on both mobile and desktop, customers in USA and New Zealand cannot use the site as it just keeps refreshing when they try to click anywhere, add to cart, use the mobile menu etc. So it is very hard for them to navigate anywhere as it just keeps refreshing.
We have narrowed it down to USA and New Zealand, although haven’t been able to test all countries (apparently Philipines and India seem ok). The site is based in Australia.
This is what I have done so far
- Reached out to theme support, they cannot diagnose the problem.
- Reached out to Shopify support, also cannot diagnose or replicate the problem.
- Turned off sticky header just in case
- Deleted Geo Location app (that my client had installed)
- The only other thing that my client has done is turn on Shopify Markets? She turned it on, based on what Shopify support told her to do to be able to sell to New Zealand.. I didn’t know you needed to use that, but that could possibly be the issue??
I have uploaded two videos from customers in New Zealand which show the issue. One is mobile and the other is desktop. Shopping is almost impossible for these users.
