My plan is the following:
So for example I have 2 products for dry skin, 2 products for oily skin, 2 products for dry hair and 2 products for oily hair.
The customer needs to fill out a survey and if he choses that he has oily skin but dry hair he is gonna get a bundle of 2 products for oily skin and 2 products for dry hair. So a bundle.
how do i create product bundles based of a survey? Is there an app for that?

What you want to look for are known as product recommendation quizzes. There are third-party app options in the Shopify app store you can check out. For example, Visual Quiz Builder by AskWhai is a great option that offers a $9/month plan. Let me know if this helps!

Regarding your query, you can try the MultiVariants - Bulk order app.
Add your Types and variants to your Shopify store. then by using the MultiVariants - Bulk order apps display view choose the drop-down or swatch option when your customer clicks on the let’s say on dry skin the product of dry skin will be offered to your customer on the product page. so that your customer can choose their preferable product altogether and buy it.
With this app, you can set the minimum-maximum restrictions for variants, so your customer must choose a quantity from all the available variants before going to the cart page. Additionally, through this app, restrictions for minimum-maximum quantities, predefined bundles, interval quantities, and limits on variants and orders can be achieved. These restrictions are also applicable on the cart page.
If you’ve different criteria for different products in your store, then you can set rules according to that also. You’ll get 3 days of the trial along with great customer support for exploring all other features.

Hi, @mikaecom , I hope you are doing great. There are a few ways you could do this. Shopify App stores provides a number of Apps that provides quiz functionality. But to keep things simple I’m guessing you are looking to:
You will get a series of question so that customer will get their desired product in the end of quiz.
By accessing to our analytics tools, and this can show you what answers people selected, how many people completed your survey, and what answers they provided. After looking through the answers people have given it can become clear if the product is ready for release, or if it needs further work through that you can create your product bundles.

Our app, BYOB - Build Your Own Bundles can support a step-by-step guided experience to select products. For example, when the customers select dry skin, the app will show the related products for the dry skin option.
Here’s a sample guided bundle you can try:
This is possible, but the tricky part is not really the bundle itself, it’s the survey logic.
You’d need something that maps each answer combination to the right products/bundle. For example:
oily skin + dry hair → Bundle A
dry skin + oily hair → Bundle B
You could do this with custom code, but it may become annoying to maintain if you have lots of combinations. You’d probably need either a quiz/survey app that redirects customers to the right bundle/product page, or a Shopify developer to build a small custom flow.
If the combinations are limited, I’d create fixed bundles first, then use the survey/quiz result to send the customer to the correct bundle.
Full disclosure, I recently launched Rota Sortis, which includes bundle creation and a storefront bundle block so customers can see what is included in the bundle. It would help more with the bundle/display side than the survey logic itself, but if you combine it with a simple quiz flow, it could work.
