As a merchant on shopify its requesting me to update my tax information and I don’t know where to get the Shopify Payment Update Form same problem as the comment from above.

we need the forms to update payments and tax info. I have been attempting to update my EIN now since january and all i keep getting is team member putting in tickets, why do WE NOT HAVE ACCES TO OUR OWN TAX AND PAYMENT FORMS?? im so over “putting in tickets”

I’m in the exact same boat — Shopify payments paused without any hope of having them restored because no one in shopify support can do anything other than “escalate” — promising a hope of receiving an email in 3-5 business days…which doesn’t materialize. What a terrible support structure. I’m now stuck on needing a “Shopify Financial Services US Update Form” (was also supposed to arrive via email & did not), which Support can’t simply send me. …why? Who knows? Shopify is doing a GREAT job at selling Squarespace.
