How can I make my announcement bar sticky on scroll?

So basically i have a announcement bar at the top of my page, and i would like to make this sticky, exactly like my header is currently, it sticks when you scroll down. would someone be able to help me with this?

3. Find theme.liquid file

4. Add the following code in the bottom of the file above tag

Its only sticky till the first element. Then scrolls over.

Follow these Steps:
