How can I reduce the header size in the Dawn theme?

Hello,

I’d like to make the header size smaller.

This is what it looks like

and I wanna make it like this size it is highlighted.

Is it because of my logo width? But then when I make custom logo width to 60, my logo becomes too small:(

you should go to customize then click on header and change desktop logo position to middle left it will make it smaller
