I just got this email from app-audits@shopify.com. What does it mean? I don’t understand where exactly I need to add screencast to fix.

I think you should add the video to the featured video section of the app listing page.
For confirmation, you can reply to the same email and ask the app submission team once.
But make sure you do the changes before the deadline given by team.
