How To Hover Dropdown Menu In Refresh Theme?

Hello everyone,

I’m using Refresh version 12.0.0

Currently in the menu, you have to click in the collection to go to the products and when you click on the collection, it closes the menu instead of going to the desired collection.

I’d like it to open the menu when you move the mouse over the collection in the menu. And when you click on the collection, you go to the collection page instead of closing the menu.

How can I do this?

The other tutorials don’t work because this is the new version of the theme and the code has changed.

This would help me a lot.

Not recommended when your doing this your complicating navigation for users on touch devices or that have accessibility issues.

If you want customers to be able to navigate to a top level collection simply put it in the nested menu items.

Thanks for your response.

But why so many big websites have this ability to hover the menu and clicking to the collection page directly.

Moreover, this will not apply to the mobile nav because there is a different menu in the refresh theme.
