I ordered from a shopify shop called voylo suitcases back in January 16th and I reached out to them after two months asking if my package has been shipped and they replied by saying it would be shipped between 05.03 and 15.03. But now I have waited over three months and saw that they have deleted their email address and shopify shop. So now Iām sure I got scammed. What do I do in this situation? I paid 239.96ā¬ for it

Welcome to the community, but sorry to hear you got scammed. There are a lot of those fake/scam stores online and most of them target holidays so that they can offer big discounts that should be red flags , but people pass " too good to be true" price because of holidays usually have some discounts.
What you can do, for refund that is now really hard. You can try your bank, but think that the time has passed a long time ago. But you should report them to Shopify, as I see that there is a store but not completely closed like it should https://ad0141-5b.myshopify.com. So go to:

Under Fraud and/or Issue with the order, provide details of the order. Shopify usually closes stores like that completely. You can also join other people in review here, if you have not already.

People mostly do not check before buying, but some may, and those reviews could stop them from being scammed.
