invoices no longer sending

Hello,

I’ve always been able to send invoices to customers no problem. I recently had two customers who said they never received them. I did a test draft order and sent one to myself and I didn’t receive anything. Can someone help me solve this problem?

Hello, maybe you could help again. I just tested the draft order with my outlook email and it went through. I realize that all three emails that were sent invoices were all gmail. Any suggestions?
