Is Shopify Hydrogen compatible with Next.JS

We are wondering if we could use Next.JS with Shopify Hydrogen, as we think nextjs is a better framework than Vite.

Something like use Server Hooks in getServerSideProps.

This answer is no longer correct. The Shopify docs do not mention the next.js framework anywhere I checked. I think I have to use hydrogen specifically, which is built using Remix to deploy my app to the oxygen. Deploying the app to the oxygen is a deal breaker for me
