Is the app bridge library only available in version 3.1.1?

Anyone noticed the only available app bridge lib is

https://unpkg.com/@shopify/app-bridge@3.1.1?

previous versions such as https://unpkg.com/@shopify/app-bridge@2 is no longer available.

looks like it’s back up and related to the cloudfare outage.
