Is this app no longer available? I tried to add it but got a message saying 'There’s no page at this address."

Are you referring to this Order Printer app by Shopify?

If so, I’ve just tried adding the app to my store and was able to do so successfully. To rule out any browser caching issues on your end, you can follow the troubleshooting steps below to see if it’ll allow you to successfully add the app to your store:

  • Try to add the Order Printer app to your store via an incognito window.
  • Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser’s cookies and cache before adding the app.
  • You can also try another browser. For example, if you’re using Safari, you can try to add the app on Chrome or Firefox.
  • You can also try to use another device, such as a different laptop or computer.

I tried all those different options, but still can’t get the app to install. I’m not sure what the issue is, but every time I get a message that says 'There’s no page at this address."

Thanks but I ended up installing the Invoice Falcon App that was suggested earlier in this thread. Works great.
