Hi! My Flow is not working today. It can’t be triggered by any event such as an Order Created event, Order fulfilled and so on. Is there anything happened on Flow?
It was working well until today.
I did some tests with the simplest flow, but seems Shopify didn’t dispatch any events or the flow couldn’t capture any event.
Nothing shows on the even list:
Anybody knows something about that?

We are experiencing the same as of about 3 hours ago. Also with the “Order created” trigger.
Same here! None of the flows are working any longer. Shopify Support didn’t help.
There was an infrastructure issue in a certain region that caused some events to be delayed (before they get to Flow and apps). I think it should be resolved now, but it could take some time to catch up in Flow.

Yeah, now it is resolved. But now the latency is a little bit longer than before. Hope Shopify can optimize the latency a little bit. My timezone is GMT+2
